I'm a straight white cis woman who is fairly liberal, both politically and socially. I'm a lawyer by training, currently working for a big company. I grew up in NYC, went to undergrad in Connecticut and to law school in Ithaca, and now live in the Boston area. I have a husband and a young son, and I am a bookish introvert by nature. The last two factors (combined with a busy job) mean I read and lurk a lot but tend not to post very much.
